HOW TO WEAR YOUR CONTACTS IN 4 EASY STEPS ① Wash your hands before you start Wash your hands properly with soap, then rinse and dry your hands with a lint-free towel. ② Check your lens is not inside out Put your lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up to the light. If the lens look like a bowl with straight edges, it's correct. If its edges flare out, then it's inside out, and you should not wear untill to change a right side. ③ Using your hand Please gently pull down your lower eyelid with your finger and hold other one with upper eyelid so you won't blink or get the eyelashes in the way. Be carefully and gently. ④ Apply your contact lens Apply your contact lens into your eyes gently, and there is a positioning technique you go, toward your eye steadily, look upwards when you place it in, and slowly release your eyelid. Close your eyes for a moment, waitting the lens to settle. The same way for another eye, just carefully repeat.
