We ship worldwide. Customers can get free shipping on all orders in our shop.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include the processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you can contact us at service@evawish.com within 180 days after your order was placed.
5) We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.
6)Customer/recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
7)Bad weather or an accident may postpone deliveries. We would highly appreciate your understanding and patience.

We ship customers' orders by USPS logistics carrier at default.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME


We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

Delivery will typically take 7 to 20 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

When encountering with force manure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at service@evawish.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
