DAZON (Hong Kong) Technology Limited and its affiliates (collectively “Evawish” or “we”) have always solemnly promised to protect the privacy of users who use Evawish’s services (collectively “Evawish Services”) (the “User” or “you”). When you use Evawish Services, we may collect and use your information. We hope to explain relative matters such as our processing rules in collecting and using your personal information in this Privacy Policy in order to better protect your rights and interests.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Evawish Services provided by us. When you use any of Evawish Services, you agree to accept the protection by this Privacy Policy. Please note that we will review our policy from time to time, so relevant measures will be changed accordingly. We kindly ask you to visit this page regularly to ensure you are always aware of and understand the latest version of this Privacy Policy.

Information that We May Collect

(I) Information provided by you:

Information related to personal identity, such as your name, address, telephone numbers;

Online identification information (including account, IP address, email address, and password);

Property information (including credit card and bank account numbers, transaction details, purchasing histories, and form of payment);

Shipping, billing, and other information you provide, as well as information required for customs clearance (such as tax identification numbers or other identification numbers) and relevant shipping information (such as shipment numbers and tracking information) if shipped through one of our programs;

Geo-location information, such as the location of your device or computer;

Content of reviews and e-mails to us;

Photos or pictures uploaded by accessing your album or camera of your device after obtaining your authorization;

Additional information provided by you through a web form or by updating or adding information to your Evawish account, or if you contact us for any other reason regarding our Services.

Please note that if you upload or post information in public sections of the Evawish sites that are open to others in Evawish Services or you disclose your personal information in response to information uploaded or posted by others, such information may be collected and used by others. You need to carefully consider whether to upload or post the information and what information to be uploaded or posted. When you find that any Evawish User improperly collects or uses information from you or others, please contact service@evawish.com.

(II) Automatic information:

We may, through cookies or similar technologies or other ways, automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Evawish Services, such as statistics regarding your use of Evawish Services, information regarding your interaction with our advertisement, information on data traffic to and from websites, referral URL, your IP address, your access times, your browser history data, your language settings and your weblog information.

(III) Information from other sources:

We might receive information about you from other sources to the extent permitted by applicable law, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily. We may combine or connect the information we collect from you with information from these other sources. We will collect and use such information according to applicable laws and regulations and agreements between us and third party partners, and also on the precondition that we believe that such information is collected from a legitimate source.

For What Purposes Does Evawish Use Your Personal Information

(I) Help you to complete the registration

In order for us to provide services for you, you need to provide basic registration information, such as mobile phone number, email address, etc. to create your account with a username and password.

If you are only using the browsing or searching functions of Evawish Services, you do not need to register to create an account and provide the above information.

(II) Provide goods or services to you

The information we collect and use is necessary to provide you with Evawish Services. In case lack of relevant information, we will not be able to provide you with the core functions of Evawish Services, such as:

When you are ordering specific products and/or services during your use of Evawish Services, we will generate orders for your purchase of such products and/or services in the system. During the order process, you need at least to provide the consignee’s personal identification information, name, shipping address, postal code, consignee, contact telephone number, payment status and other information. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete the relevant delivery service. If you order goods or services for others through Evawish Services, you need to provide the aforementioned information of the actual consignee. Before providing us with the aforementioned information of the actual consignee, you need to make sure that you have obtained their authorized consent.

In order to display the order information of your account, we will collect the order information(such as the information about the products and/or services that you purchased, order number, order creation time, transaction amount) generated during your use of Lifease Services to show you and facilitate your order management.

In order to complete order payment, deliver products and/or services, confirm the transaction status and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services for you, we will collect your account, orders, transactions, payment, and logistics information related to the progress of the transactions through your transaction objects, payment agents, and logistics companies selected based on such transactions, or we will share your transaction information with the above service providers.

When you contact our customer support or use other response functions (such as to make in-sale or after-sale request, to raise personal information protection claims and suggestions, or to raise other customer complaints or needs), we may need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity,so as to protect the security of your account and the system. We may also store your contact information (the information you used when you contact us or you have provided voluntarily to us), your communication/call history and conversation or other necessary information relating to your needs, in order to contact you or help you solve problems, or to document the solutions and results of the related issues.

(III) Push notifications to you

Show and push products or services to you. We may use emails, text messages or other methods to offer you vouchers, discounts and special offers, to conduct opinion polls and surveys, and to inform you about updates of our Services (according to your communication preferences in your Evawish account).

Send notices to you. We may send you notices related to Evawish Services when necessary (for example when we suspend an individual service, change, or stop providing an individual service due to system maintenance).

If you do not wish to continue to receive messages we have pushed, you may request us to stop the push. For example: You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email you received. For technical reasons, to enable such unsubscription may take a few days. However, the messages we send according to the provisions of the law or the Terms of Use of Evawish may not be subject to unsubscription.

(IV) Provide you with security

To provide you with better security when you are using Evawish Services, to protect yours, other Users’ and the public personal and property security from any harm, to better prevent security risks such as phishing site, fraud, network fault, computer virus, network attack and network intrusion, and to more accurately identify circumstances of breaching applicable laws or Evawish Terms of Use, we may collect, use and combine your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, and other information provided by you or third-party partners based on your authorization or applicable laws. We may use such information to comprehensively determine your account and transaction risk, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analysis and disposal actions according to the law.

(V) Improve our services

We may ask you to participate in surveys about Evawish Services to help us improve existing services or design new services.

(VI) Other uses

You understand and agree that, upon the collection of your information, we may de-identify the data through technical means. The de-identified information will not identify you. In such a case, we have the right to use such de-identified information to analyze and commercialize the user database with no need to obtain your separate approval.

Please note, if we use your information for other purposes or collect additional information not specified in this Privacy Policy, we will ask for your consent in advance by page alert, interactive process, website notification or other means. Once you have consented, such other purposes shall be deemed as part of this Privacy Policy and such additional information shall also be subject to this Privacy Policy.

(VII) Exceptions to getting authorization

According to relevant laws and regulations, collecting your information under the following circumstances does not need to get your authorization:

related to public safety, public hygiene and material public interests;

related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

it is difficult to obtain your own consent for the maintenance of material legal rights and interests such as the life and property of the main body of the information or other individuals;

the information collected is disclosed by yourself to the public;

information collected from legally disclosed information, such as the channels including legitimate news reports and governmental information disclosure;

necessary to sign a contract according to your request;

necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of Evawish Services, for example, discover and deal with the failure of products or services;

other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.

III. COOKIES, WEB BEACON and Similar Technologies

We or our partners may obtain and use your information through COOKIES, WEB BEACON and other similar technologies (collectively, “COOKIES”) and save this information as log information.

By using COOKIES, we provide Users with a simple and easy-to-use personalized web experience. A COOKIES is a small amount of data that is sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use COOKIES to allow its users to benefit. For example, to make the login process of the Evawish virtual community faster, you can choose to save the username in a COOKIES. This will make it easier and faster to login into Evawish Services next time. COOKIES can help us to identify the web pages and content you are connected to, time you spend on certain Evawish Services and the Evawish services you have chosen.

COOKIES enable us to serve you better and faster, and to make your experience on Evawish Services more personal. However, you should be able to control whether and how COOKIES is accepted by your browser. Please check the documentation attached to your browser for more information on this.

We or our partners may collect and use your information through COOKIES, and store such information.

We use COOKIES for the following purposes:

(I) Remember your identity. For example: COOKIES help us identify you as our registered User, or save your preferences or other information provided by you to us.

(II) Analyze your use of our services. We can use COOKIES to understand for which activities you use Evawish Services, or which services or services are the most popular.

(III) Advertising optimization. COOKIES help us to provide you with advertisements related to you based on your information instead of general advertising.

While we use COOKIES for the foregoing purposes, we may summarize and provide the non-personally identifiable information collected through COOKIES to advertisers and other partners to analyze how you and other Users use Evawish Services and for advertising services.

Evawish Services may have COOKIES placed by advertisers and other partners. These COOKIES may collect non-personally identifiable information related to you for analyzing how Users use such services, sending you advertisements that may be of interest to you, or evaluating the effectiveness of advertising services. The collection and use of such information by these third parties’ cookies and web beacons are not governed by this Privacy Policy, but are governed by its own personal information protection statement, and we are not responsible for the third party's COOKIES.

You can reject or manage COOKIES through the browser or user selection mechanism. However, please note that if you disable COOKIES, we may not be able to provide you with the best service experience, and some services may not work properly. At the same time, you will still receive ads, but the relevance of these ads to you will decrease.

We May Share, Transfer or Disclose the Information

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share, transfer or disclose Users’ personal information only as described below.

(I) Share

Except for the following circumstances, without your consent, we will not share your information with any third party other than Evawish:

to provide you with our services. We may share your information with our partners and other third parties in order to achieve the functions you need or to provide the services you need, including providing logistics service providers with corresponding order information, sharing necessary order information to warehousing service provider, payment service provider, customer service provider and if required, customs(through logistics service providers);

maintain and improve our services. We may share your information with our partners and other third parties to help us provide you with more targeted and improved services, such as communication service providers that send emails or push notifications on our behalf and technical service providers that responsible for technical troubleshooting;

achieve other purposes described in Section II “For What Purposes Does Evawish Use Your Personal Information” of this Privacy Policy, we may share your information to other partners, such as de-identified information to analytical service provider and advertising service provider;

perform our obligations and exercise our rights under this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or other agreements entered into between you and us;

to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, in order to comply with the law, protect us and our affiliates or partners, you or other Evawish Users or the public interest, property or safety from harm, such as to prevent fraud and other illegal activities and reduce credit risk, we may exchange information with third party service providers, payment institutes, credit agencies, law enforcement agencies, government agencies and other companies and organizations;

to help you deal with your disputes or controversy with others upon your legitimate request.

We will only share information necessary for specific legitimate, justifiable, necessary, and explicit purposes with above individuals and entities. For such entities and individuals with whom we share the information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them and ask them to process information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when your information might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

(II) Transfer

In order to perform our contract with you, your personal information will be accessible from and will be processed within the United States, People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of PRC.

Your personal data will be stored by us and our service providers in accordance with applicable data protection laws to the extent necessary for the processing purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Subsequently, we will delete your personal data in accordance with applicable laws or take steps to properly render the data anonymous, unless we are legally obliged to keep your personal data longer (e.g. for legal compliance, tax, accounting or auditing purposes).

As with the continuous development of our business, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ask new companies and organizations that hold your information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will ask the company and organization to ask you for authorization again.

With your explicit consent, we will transfer your information to other parties.

(III) Disclosure

We will disclose your information only under the following conditions and in compliance with industry-standard security measures:

Disclose your designated information in the manner to which you explicitly agree according to your needs;

Where it is necessary to provide your information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement or judicial requirements, we may disclose your information in accordance with the type of information requested and the manner of disclosure. In compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive the above request for disclosure of information, we will require the recipient to show corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that the information required to be provided by us should be as transparent as possible to the extent permitted by law. We will carefully review all requests to ensure that they are legally valid and are limited to the data that law enforcement agencies have obtained for their specific legal purposes.

(IV) Sale

Evawish does not sale any of your personal information for monetary consideration.

How Will We Protect the Information

We retain your information only during the period required by the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and within the time limits required by laws and regulations.

We will take the following measures to protect your information:

(I) Data Security Technology Measures

We will adopt industry-standard security protection measures, including the establishment of reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access and modification to your information, avoid the damage or loss of data. Web services use a variety of encryption technologies. For example, in some services, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect your information, adopt encryption technology to encrypt your information, and isolate via isolation technology. In the use of information, such as information display, information-related computing, we will use a variety of data desensitization technologies to enhance the security of information in use, and use strict data access control and multiple identity authentication technologies to protect the data from being used illegally.

(II) Other Security Measures Adopted by Us to Protect the Information

We manage and regulate the storage and use of information by establishing a data classification hierarchy, data security management rules, and data security development regulations.

We conduct comprehensive data security control through information access confidentiality agreements, monitoring and auditing mechanisms.

Strengthen security awareness. We also hold security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting information.

(III) We only allow Evawish employees and partners who need to know the information to access your information, and set strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require that all personnel who may have access to your information perform the corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to perform these obligations may result in legal liability or suspension of cooperation with Evawish.

(IV) We will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no unrelated information is collected.

(V) The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and the methods used to communicate with other users, such as e-mail, instant messaging, social software or other service software, cannot be determined to be fully encrypted. We recommend that you use complicated passwords when using such kinds of tools and carefully protect your Information security.

(VI) The internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are destroyed, resulting in unauthorized access to information, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and your legitimate rights and interests are damaged, we will assume corresponding legal liabilities.

(VII) When communicating with third parties or purchasing goods and services through Evawish Services, you will inevitably disclose your information to the counterparty or potential counterparties, such as contact information or postal address. Please protect your information and provide it to others only when necessary.

(VIII) Dealing with Security Incidents

In order to cope with possible risks such as information disclosure, damage and loss, we have formulated a number of systems to clarify the classification and grading standards for security incidents and security vulnerabilities and the corresponding processing procedures. We also set up a specific emergency response team for security incidents. According to the requirements of the security incident handling regulations, we will initiate security preplans for different security incidents, conduct stop loss, analysis, positioning, and formulate remedial measures.

Upon the occurrence of unfortunate information security incidents, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic information and possible impact of security incidents, the measures we have taken or will take, and recommendations on your own precautions and risk reduction, remedial measures for you and so on. At the same time, we will promptly inform you of the incident-related situation by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to notify the subject one by one, we will issue a notice in a reasonable and effective manner.

Please understand that due to technical limitations and risk prevention limits, even if we have strengthened our security measures as much as possible, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of the information. You need to understand that the system and communication network used by you to access Evawish Services may have problems due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please do ensure your account, password and other identity elements are well kept. When you are using Evawish Services, we will identify you using your account, password and other identity elements. Once you leaked the foregoing information, you may suffer from loss and other adverse impacts. If you found your account, password and/or other identity element has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we could timely take relevant measures to avoid or reduce the losses.

How to Manage Your Information

(I) Access, Update and Delete

We encourage you to update and modify your information to make it more accurate and effective. You can access your information by logging on Evawish.com, and complete by yourself or request us to modify, supplement or delete information according to the ways of managing corresponding information. If you wish to raise any request regarding such management, please visit here or contact service@evawish.com. Depending on your choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable. We will use appropriate technical methods to ensure you can access, update, correct and delete your own information or other information provided when using Evawish Services as much as possible. Provided however, some specific information may not be modified or deleted due to security and compliance concerns, such as the email address registered as your account.

When accessing, updating, correcting and deleting the above information, we may ask you to do identity verification to keep your information secure. For your information collected through COOKIES, WEB BEACON and other similar technologies, we also explain the selection mechanism provided to you in Section III “COOKIES, WEB BEACON and similar technologies” of this Privacy Policy.

For Evawish to fulfill your request, you must provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the User from whom we collected the personal information. The information you send for us to verify your identity will be used for this purpose only. We will match the identifying information provided by you to the personal information already maintained by the US to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we may decline your request.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify your personal information that we collect, process, store, disclose and otherwise use and to respond to your requests. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, or decline to act upon a request, if it is excessive or overly burdensome. In addition, we will not honor your requests to the extent that doing so would infringe upon our or any other person or party’s rights or conflict with applicable law. If we deny your request, we will explain the reasons in our response.

(II) Publish and Share

In specific situation, Evawish Services may allow you to share your information not only with your social network, but also with all Users who use such service, such as information uploaded or posted by you on Evawish Services, your response to the information uploaded or posted by others, your personal information uploaded or published via email or in the public area which is available to non-specific Users in Evawish Services, and also the location data and log information related to such information. As long as you do not delete the information you published or shared, such information may remain in the public domain; even if you delete the shared information, such information still may be cached, copied or saved independently by other Users or third parties who are not under our control, or be kept in the public domain by other Users or such third parties.

If you publish or share information through the above channels, which results in the disclosure of your information, we will not be liable. Therefore, we remind you and ask you to carefully consider whether to publish or share your information through the above channels.

(III) Cancellation

Subject to the conditions specified in the Terms of Use and other applicable service agreement in relation to Evawish Services and the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, your account for Evawish Services may be cancelled or deleted. After the account is cancelled or deleted, all service information and data related to such account and such service will be deleted or processed according to the Terms of Use and other applicable service agreement in relation to Evawish Services.

(IV) Change the Scope of your Authorization

You can always select whether to disclose the information. Some information is required to use Evawish Services, but the provision of most other information is on your decision. You can change the scope of your authorization to continue to collect the information or withdraw your authorization by means of deleting information, changing device or browser settings, turning off device functions and so on.

After you withdraw your authorization, we will be unable to continue to provide you with the service that requires the authorization you withdrew, and will not process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the information processing previously based on your authorization.

(V) No Discrimination

Evawish does not discriminate against you for exercising your rights in accordance with applicable laws. This generally means we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level of service or quality of goods, or suggest that you might receive a different price or level of quality for goods.

VII. Age Limit

We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Evawish Services only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian. However, if the parent or the guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with personal information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the channel provided in Section IX, if they want this information deleted from our files.

VIII. Notice and Amendment

We may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy as appropriate and such modifications form part of this Privacy Policy. For major changes, we will provide more noticeable notices, and your continuous use of Evawish Services will be deemed as your agreement to be bound by this Privacy Policy as revised.

Any amendment will put your satisfaction in the first place. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy each time you use Evawish Services.

We may publish service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when we suspend certain service due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these announcements that are related to the service and that are not in the nature of promotion.

Finally, you must be obligated to keep your account and password confidential. In any case, please take care of such information safely.
