Ordered a product that just doesn’t suit you?

Evawish offers a 30-Day Try-On Guarantee on all colored contact lenses from our brand.

If you have just gotten around to opening a new pair of lenses from us and decide you don’t love them, no need to worry. You can exchange it for a different pair from others. You don’t need to return them.

If you ordered more than one pair from the same contact lense, we recommend opening just one first to see if they’re right for you. That way, if you don't like it, the rest of your order will still be eligible for a standard exchange.

We can reship the remainder of your order without necessitating aproduct return when:

● The products themselves are defective
● Incorrect quantity or items were delivered
● You are reasonably dissatisfied with your Evawish shopping experience.

Please note: This claim needs to be made within 30 days of receipt. But don’t worry, that’s plenty of time to try out your new product! Just email us at service@evawish.com and let us know the issue. We are always here to help and want to ensure you get a product you love.
